You should know that before creating this post I contacted support and they said it could not be fixed, but hey, if you have a video that does offer a solution, please post THAT video. Oh and kayakman, your video doesn't show how to replace a stuck cursor, like hourglass or text symbol, with an arrow. Yes, you can "hide" the stuck cursor and replace it with a "red dot" and other colorful effects, but the fact that today's brains at Tech Smith can't figure out how to get a tiny image, aka a mouse pointer, to show as a cursor effect really does not speak well for the future of the product :-( If someone at TechSmith takes umbrage about what I wrote then I challenge them to prove me wrong - if you can't outright fix the software, just allow us to replace the cursor with a simple cursor arrow image - you know, the one we've been using since the early 90's? I get the original engineers may have left, and the replacements can only do minor updates, but if they can't even figure out how to replace the cursor with an image, well it seems like they are all about just milking the revenue from this old product. It is truly sad TechSmith Engineers can't figure out how to replace a stuck mouse cursor with "at least" an image of a mouse arrow.
